c'est bien la question que je me pose ( quel est le statut de cet argent non retrouvé même après condamnation)  et mes connaissances en juridisme sont assez limitées. Les siennes furent elles meilleures pour avoir créer du coup tout ce plan ? on pourrait le croire mais les 9 millions laissés et retrouvés me font douter...

Je vois peu de métiers qui puisse assurer une longue et belle retraite.
De plus je ne pense pas qu'il puisse être inculper deux fois pour le même chef d'accusation (cela me fait étrangement penser au film "la faille" (sans le meurtre bien entendu).
Selon moi un vol de ce genre est tout simplement de l'ordre du génie et non de l'imbécile heureux.

Alors il faut que je vous dise un peu de cette femme qui fut ma mère, un peu de cette femme qui m'a fait naître dans la besogne... car c'est ma mère, quand même... J'ai su plus tard. Le sang qu'elle avait perdu, le mal que ça lui a fait quand je suis venu, quand j'ai déchiré son corps pour naître. C'était le sang ajouté au sang car il faut que je dise aussi à sa décharge :  un jour, un homme, de passage dans la campagne creusoise, l'avait prise et l'avait saignée et elle avait saigné en silence parce qu'elle ne savait pas comment faire autrement.... pendant  neuf mois, elle a porté le goût de ce sang dans son ventre, un sang qui grandissait en elle, le sang nourrissier de l'opprobre. Innocent ! pourtant, innocent ! car moi, qu'est-ce que j'avais à voir avec tout ça ? .... J'étais comme tous les autres dans un corps de mère à venir, un foetus qui devient quelqu'un qui doit naître. Et c'est pourquoi, naturellement, je suis venu, un jour. Je suis l'innocent nourri au sang du viol. C'est pourquoi je dis que je suis né dans le sang... Plus tard, j'ai eu l'âge du questionnement, alors j'ai demandé où il était, mon père : elle m'a dit : "il est là" Et elle m'a montré sa bouche aux dents brisées... Plus tard, un peu plus tard, elle m'a dit : "ton père, il est là". Et elle a montré, - et j'ai vu ce jour-là combien son doigt était sec et sans amour -  oui, elle a touché, là sur mon visage, la tache de vin qui le défigure. Ma tache de vin... la tache du sang de ma mère... à jamais gravé sur ma peau. Ma tache de vin, c'est la vengeance de ma mère sur mon père... Mais c'est elle qui me l'a faite, elle et elle seule.... et je l'aime comme une justice de la vie sur la honte. Je l'aime comme j'aime peut-être ma mère. Ma tache de vin, elle a cette forme étrange de la femme qui a saigné et qui n'a pas su aller au-delà du sang, qui n'a pas su pardonner ... C'est quelque chose qui a une forme de carte géographique, carte d'un pays haï, honteux et coupable : c'est le leg de ma mère sur mon visage innocent.
